Sore Tummy Be Gone!

Gassy? Got spasms happening down there? We’ve all been there.

Here’s our family’s go-to recipe.

Option 1:

One drop of DiGize™ blend rubbed neat on the belly. Picture yourself as a clock. Rub your tummy counter clockwise if you want to slow things down, and if you want to speed things up you can rub your tummy clockwise since that is the natural flow of things.

Option 2:

 

  1. Fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil. We usually have fractionated (fancy word for liquid) coconut oil.
  2. Rub on the belly in the same way as above.

 

Caution: Peppermint is considered a hot oil so if you feel it warming up on your skin, you can put some carrier oil on it to cool it down.
