Headache Relief

Many of us get headaches, right? And how many of you have been brainwashed all your life to take a pill when you have a headache? And those pills can’t be taken more than 2 every 4 hours because they may hurt your liver… your stomach… your… well… your entire digestive system. Well, I was one of them… Until now….

I never understood why we had to take something orally, that will go inside the entire digestive system to eventually reduce a head tension. Why not keep it simple and go directly where the problem is. That’s my motto in life anyways..

Not only that my technique is more effective, it’s also not adding unnecessary chemicals to my body.

Here are my go to recipes which are simple and can be done in a few minutes only.

Chamomille Heaven

In a 10ml glass roll-up bottle, you add the following ingredients:

10 drops of Peppermint

10 drops of Lavender

10 drops of German Chamomile*

Fill with carrier oil (Fractionated coconut oil, grapeseed oil, etc. Order your essential oils here.

Happy & Relieved to the rescue

In a 10ml glass roll-up bottle, you add the following ingredients:

15 drops of PanAway

10 drops of Lavender

Fill with carrier oil – Fractionated coconut oil, grapeseed oil, etc. Order your essential oils here.

Now.. it’s one thing to make it but where do we put this amazing potion. You can start by applying it to the temples. Careful not to apply to close to the eyes, you may cry a little.. After, you can apply to the back of your neck and if you believe in reflexology, you can massage underneath your toes which are linked to your head…

Apply when needed (vs maximum every 4 hours like the pills..)

*The smell may remind you of your mother or grandmother making themselves chamomile tea while wearing handmade slippers. If so, welcome to my life! Love you grandma!
